<br /> Man Numeric adds co-heads to run a new quantitatively managed credit strategy.Christine Williamson<br /> <br /> <b>Paul Kamenski</b> and <b>Robert Lam</b> were named new roles of co-heads of credit as part of Man Numeric’s expansion into quantitatively managed fixed income.</p> <p>Messrs. Kamenski and Lam will oversee the ongoing development and portfolio management of the firm’s new credit strategies, confirmed Man Group spokeswoman Megan Ingersoll.</p> <p>Mr. Kamenski had been senior quantitative researcher in Man Numeric’s strategic alpha research group. Ms. Ingersoll said Mr. Kamenski will continue to lead the firm’s fixed-income research; his other duties will be assumed by others in the research group.</p> <p>Mr. Lam was a principal in Apollo Global Management’s quantitative research and data science business. Charles Zehren, an Apollo spokesman, did not respond to an email seeking information about a replacement.</p> <p>Man Numeric managed a total of $32.6 billion as of June 30. Ms. Ingersoll declined to say how much the business unit manages in fixed income. </p> <p>
