BNP Paribas Asset Management appoints head of climate change investment research – Pensions & Investments





































































<br /> Mark Lewis was named head of climate change investment research at BNP Paribas Asset Management.James Comtois<br /> <br /> <b>Mark Lewis</b> was named head of climate change investment research at BNP Paribas Asset Management, a spokesman confirmed.</p> <p>The position is new. Effective Jan. 7, Mr. Lewis will analyze regulatory developments, identify and monitor climate-related risks across portfolios and help direct the climate-related research, analysis and reporting conducted by the firm’s Sustainability Center. He will be based in Paris and report to <b>Jane Ambachtsheer</b>, BNP Paribas Asset Management’s global head of sustainability.</p> <p>Mr. Lewis was managing director and head of research at Carbon Tracker Initiative, a think tank. He will be replaced by <b>Mark Fulton</b>, a Carbon Tracker spokesman confirmed. </p> <p>BNP Paribas Asset Management has €569 billion ($647.4 billion) in assets under management and advisory. </p> <p>
