Noel O’Neill was named president and head of global investing at Cambridge Associates, spokeswoman Samantha Norquist said.
Mr. O’Neill takes on the position previously held by David Druley, who was named chairman and CEO in 2016 and retained the responsibilities at the time, Ms. Norquist said.
As head of global investing, Mr. O’Neill will oversee Cambridge’s pension, endowment and foundations, private client and outsourced chief investment officer business, CA Capital Management
Mr. O’Neill, who will also oversee research, was previously head of global investment research. Ashby Hatch, head of public investment research, was promoted to that job and will report to Mr. O’Neill. Eric Thielscher, managing director, was promoted to head of public investment research.
