Sudan’s president dismissed the country’s central bank governor and appointed the fifth incumbent to the role in eight years, amid growing economic and political crises.
President Omar al-Bashir appointed Hussein Yahya Jangol as president of the Central Bank of Sudan after he sacked Mohamed al-Zubair on March 6, local media said.
