Prior to First American, Spencer served as a senior vice president at CoreLogic.

Dorman was most recently vice president of national sales at Informative Research.

Prior to that, she was the national account director of global mortgage services at CoreLogic.

LoanLogics has named president and COO Bill Neville chief executive officer. Neville will replace former CEO Brian Fitzpatrick.

Neville, who joined the LoanLogics board of directors in 2017 and joined its executive team in 2018, has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Before joining LoanLogics, he served as North American president for Finastra.

Simplifile has promoted Mark Moats to vice president of national accounts.

Moats previously served as a regional sales director for Simplifile and has been with the company for nearly 13 years.

Prior to Simplifile, he was the president and owner of MortgagePro Financial Services.

Ray Allen and Seth Heikkila have joined IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp.

Formerly with JLL, Heikkila and Allen will extend IPA Capital Markets’ commercial real estate financing services to clients in Seattle and throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining JLL, Allen was a vice president with MMCC in Seattle. He joins IPA Capital Markets as a first vice president, capital markets advisor.

Heikkila joins IPA Capital Markets as a vice president, capital markets advisor and brings more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience to the team.
