The Central Bank of Libya
The United Nations representative in Libya said the two rival central banks in the civil war-torn country will both undergo an independent audit.
Stephanie Williams, acting head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, announced on July 27 auditors from Deloitte would inspect both headquarters of the Central Bank of Libya. Williams said the UN mission has been asking the two warring factions to accept an audit of their central banks since September 2018, the Libya Observer reports.
