Two more senior officials at Ukraine’s central bank have quit, bringing the total number of resignations under the new governor to five. A new deputy governor has also taken office.
The National Bank of Ukraine announced that Roman Borysenko, one of its deputy governors, resigned on August 26. It said the central bank’s council had relieved him of his duties after he had submitted a voluntary letter of resignation to governor Kyrylo Shevchenko.
